Insurance Team - Member Service Representative

Wonderful opportunity for someone with strong mathematical skills who enjoys working with numbers!

Main duties:

  • Administer State Employees Group Insurance Program and Community College Insurance Program
  • Act as a liaison between the Department of Central Management Services (CMS), Morneau Shepell and SURS members
  • Establish and maintain insurance eligibility and demographic information for annuitants
  • Process survivor enrollments and Medicare coverage updates
  • Collect and reimburse insurance premiums
  • Provide customer service to SURS stakeholders
  • Participate actively as a member of the Insurance Team

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field preferred; or minimum three years applicable work experience
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong mathematical background
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to multitask
